US gov’t drops price of journals from $17k to $0, adds XML to Federal Register!

The Government Printing Office reduced the price of Official Journals of the Government from $17,000/year to free! I’m sure that will bring a smile to a Government Docs Librarian out there. In addition, the Federal Register just announced that its finished converting to the XML format. This means you can use the raw data in XML format from the Federal Register.
